The concerned party has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or lack of personal data regarding them, even if not yet registered but their communication in intelligible form. 2. The concerned party has the right to obtain a) the origin of the personal data; b) the reason and way it is to be used ; c) the logic applied if the information is to be effected by electronic tools; d) the identification of the bearer, those responsible and the representative designated according to Article 5, comma 2; e) the subjects or categories to which the information may be communicated or who can found out the information as representative designated by the State, those responsible or in charge. 3. The concerned party has the right to obtain: a) an update or correction, that is to say, when needed, integration of the data; b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymity or the blocking of data used in violation to the law, including those which do not necessitate the conservation in relation to the use for which the data was noted or successively used; c) the situations that in operations a) and b) have been made noted, including their content, to those to whom the data had been communicated, with the exception of cases where it is impossible or involves means of publication out of proportion with respect to the rights protected. 4. The concerned party has the right to oppose, totally or partially: a) the treatment of personal data for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the scope of the survey; b) the treatment of personal data regarding themselves in order to send publicity, carry out market research or commercial communication. In relation to the treatment of personal data through the inscription to the site www.equoitaly.com, we communicate that: The personal data volontarily supplied on filling in the Registration Form for the Access of the Service will be used, including utilisation through informatic and telematic procedures, for the following reasons: i) the use directly linked and instrumental to services offered free of charge on the site, www.equoitaly.com; ii) marketing activity and commercial information relative to Equo srl services and products other than this service; iii) statistic analysis. Personal data can be communicated by Equo srl: i) to third parties, in order to carry out activities directly connected and the instruments necessary for the services offered or with which Equo srl has stipulated commercial agreements for the supplì and development of the service; ii) to other companies offering goods and/or services linked to this goods category, publicised through internet, which whom Equo srl has stipulated an agreement, in order to verify the client’s level of satisfation regarding the products and/or services. Your personal data may be transferred abroad. In relation to the treatment of your personal data, you may exercise all your rights, of which: Point 2 of art. 7 of law 196/203. In particolar, if you send Equo srl the request of cancellation of your data, Equo srl will immediately carry out the cancellation without further notification or communication, this implies the immediate termination of the service. The acquisition of personal data is optional, however the lack, even partial of personal data required by the Registration Form for the Access of the Service will determine the impossibility for Equo srl to procede with the complete supply of these services.
