LIQUID SOLUTIONS OF REMINERALIZING MINERAL SALTS
Water preparation has always been a problem for every aquarium enthusiast. Drinking water is often too rich in mineral salts and metals for the needs of ornamental fish. Therefore, the addition of demineralized water is necessary to obtain the right salt concentration. In recent years, the use of so-called “reverse osmosis” waters has been introduced. These waters are the result of a demineralization process based on osmotic exchange. Through this manufacturing process, water is obtained that maintains a small amount of salts but is still insufficient for use in the aquarium. Équo has thus created LINFA A&B, liquid solutions, which remineralize water with reverse osmosis, bringing it to optimal KH and GH values.
LINFA A&B also replenish the water with all those salts which, although present in traces, are essential for the well-being of aquarium plants and fish. It simplifies the life of the aquarist who will have access to water that is always pure and constant in its salt concentration.
DOSAGES
LINFA A: 1 mL in 1 L of osmosis water increases GH by 10°
LINFA B: 1 mL in 1 L of osmosis water increases the KH by 5 °
Optimal concentration for community aquariums: carbonate hardness 5° dKH; total hardness of 10° dGH.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Collect the quantity of water you wish to prepare in a container and insert a movement pump and a heater so as to obtain a homogeneous distribution of the solutions and the required temperature of the aquarium. To regulate the pH, Carbon Dioxide can be administered in the right dose. It is advisable to introduce the SCUDO conditioner and the FLORIDO G30 or FLORIDO TRACCE fertilizer for water changes in order to obtain water with optimal characteristics. After 24 hours the water is ready to be used in the aquarium.
