During the preparation phase of a new pond and after the periodic water change, as following chemical reactions in the pond and the proliferation of bacteria, it’s normal that the aquarium water becomes persistently and anti-aesthetically murky. This undesired effect is due to the presence of suspended millimetric and micrometric mineral and organic particles. The time necessary for the precipitation of these particles can be long, and even longer for the particles of micrometric dimension (for example clays). For the rapid elimination of this unpleasant murkiness, it is necessary to use specific anti-flocculation products, which first unite the small particles, therefore increasing their dimension, accelerating the sedimentation process.
AQUACHIARA POND is an efficient inorganic polymer flocculent which noticeably reduces the natural times for the sedimentation of particles which make the water murky. When added to ponds in the correct doses it makes the suspended particles fall to the bottom of the aquarium in visible flakes: these flakes can then be removed using an effective filter or siphon. It is also important to underline the use of AQUACHIARA POND which contributes to the elimination of phosphates.

Shake the bottle before use, measure the required quantity with the appropriate measuring cup. Pour the necessary quantity directly into the aquarium.

Add the necessary dose in half a litre of water, mix the solution and then pour into pond. Being an acid compost it can provoke a lowering of the pH, therefore pay attention to the KH before dosing it. Small variations in the doses can be applied in case of accentuated murkiness and depending on the filter capacity of the pond. We do, however advise no more than a 50% difference to the doses prescribed (max 6 mL per 100 Lt of water). Repeat the treatment for every periodic water change The first effect of the addition of AQUACHIARA POND is that of the formation of an intense opaque cloud: this is not a symptom of a malfunction of AQUACHIARA POND but only a sign that the product has begun working on the removal of the particles.
In this phase, in fact, AQUACHIARA POND helps the amalgamation of these particles making them visible to the naked eye. In few hours all these micro-particles fall to the bottom of the tank and can be removed through the filter or siphoning, while the water of your pond will be extremely clear and limpid. At the end of this process with AQUACHIARA POND it is necessary to clean the mechanical filter (fibre or sponge).
