Magnesium, after sodium, is a mineral which is present most in sea water, it is a very important mineral, its responsible for lots of functions inside our fish tank, it is absorbed regularly by coral, by calcareous seaweed, by superior seaweed, it helps to prevent the precipitation of Calcium, and helps to keep a stable level of alkalinity.
SALINO MG PLUS is a powdered Magnesium supplement, and its usage is advised whenever you have to make the level of the component higher, which in seawater is about 1200-1350mg/Lt. to maintain its level we advise you use SALINO MG.
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate.
- Participates in the metabolism of Calcium, preventing precipitation;
- Stimulates the growth of hard corals;
- Stimulates the growth of encrusting pink calcareous algae;
- Helps keep alkalinity values stable.
Avoid dissolving the salt directly in the aquarium. Take 500 mL of aquarium water and dissolve the required amount of salt. Pour the solution thus obtained slowly into the pump compartment. Never pour it into the filter compartment. If you need to significantly increase the Magnesium, divide the solution obtained over several days. For the sole maintenance of the optimal value, the use of SALINO Mg is recommended.
Keep in a cool and dry place. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
25 mL in 50 liters of water increase the value of Magnesium by 50 ppm.
